Firstly make a plan of your routine , as we all have many things going on in our lives . Having a fixed time for exercising . By exercising I don’t mean that you have to go to a gym , instead you should start working out at home getting knowledge by watching YouTube videos .
Secondly I would tell you a reality , that no
thing will be happening in a week or a month , if you want Pure result’s it will take CONSISTENCY in consideration . it’s the most important factor to achieve the body you want.
