It means having a fit schedule by which the concerned individual is able to maintain a Good physique, without the use of steroids or medicines like that .

I have tried many schedules for building up a good body but as we all know not everything works out as good .

  • Firstly make a plan of your routine , as we all have many things going on in our lives . Having a fixed time for exercising . By exercising I don’t mean that you have to go to a gym , instead you should start working out at home getting knowledge by watching YouTube videos .

  • Secondly I would tell you a reality , that no
    thing will be happening in a week or a month , if you want Pure result’s it will take CONSISTENCY in consideration . it’s the most important factor to achieve the body you want.

  • Lastly one more important factor is diet management . whatever your goal maybe fat loss or gaining both require proper allocation of diet and it can be maintained well by installing an application , there are many available on store you can download any according to your preferences.
